Comprehensive Support Package

Designed for individuals requiring higher-frequency therapeutic intervention or structured cognitive support.

• 12 individual recreation therapy sessions per month

• Structured goal tracking

• Monthly written progress summary for families

• Integrated community engagement

$900/month

Step 1: Complimentary Consultation

We begin with a brief consultation to understand your needs, goals, and current supports.

This allows us to determine whether our services are the right fit and recommend an appropriate starting plan.

Step 2: Comprehensive Recreation Therapy Assessment

A structured assessment allows us to identify:

• Meaningful leisure history

• Current strengths and abilities

• Barriers to participation

• Emotional, cognitive, and physical considerations

• Environmental factors

• Short- and long-term goals

This ensures services are individualized and outcome-focused.

Investment: $125 (one-time assessment fee)

• Travel within city limits is included.

• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
